The address that issued tst released a new token, quickly surged to almost 10m and now retreated to around 7m, but many are discussing. Previously the private key of this address was destroyed, why can it still issue tokens now? Probably many are waiting for the official response expectation.

$RATS is showing strong bullish momentum, but don't chase the move if you missed the initial breakout. It could be a bull trap.

The safer approach is to wait for a confirmed breakout above the marked resistance zone before considering a position.
