- Commission is calculated real-time and distributed on T+1 basis (next day). Commission is paid in USDT to your BitMart account.
- You are not allowed to refer yourself or you will be disqualified from participating in this program.

- BitMart may revoke or withdraw the Affiliate Program from participants who abuse the spirit or intention of the Program in BitMart’s sole discretion and said participants will not be entitled to any commission payment. BitMart reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the Program if it suspects abuse or fraud of the Program, and the participants may be required to return any commission payment.
- In the event, a participant is required to return a commission payment under these Terms & Conditions, BitMart may debit the commission payment from the participant's user account. If the debit would result in a negative account balance, the account may be submitted to BitMart's third-party collection agent.
- All participants of the Affiliate program are subject to BitMart User Agreement and other market rules applicable.
