Short story:
Back in 2022–2024, I was grinding on X and Discord for a potential $QUAI airdrop
I liked the vision (decentralized, scalable proof-of-work money), but deep down I still thought it would end like every other project.

> Token nukes to 0
> Devs nowhere to be found
But I was wrong.
There are hundreds of projects in web3 who raised hundreds of millions from VCs
Sell tokens in OTC
Sunset the project within a year
But QuaiNetwork is none of that
These guys have been shipping NONSTOP.
They’ve been shipping nonstop, and among many developments, I want to mention a few that really impressed me:
The first one is SOAP.
In plain English, miners help the system earn rewards, and instead of dumping, the protocol uses it to BUY $QUAI.
I’ve never come across anything like this in web3.
Second is the tokenomics fix, or the Singularity fork.
Many PoW communities complained about $QUAI tokenomics, especially the $K
