[Web3] End of Minting & Unstaking Delay

As previously announced, this August 11, 2025 marks an important milestone for QoWatt:
• Minting of QoWatt Cards is now permanently closed
• The unstaking delay has been removed — unstaking is now instant, providing users with greater flexibility.

👉 Staking and QWT reward distribution remain active as long as negotiations around the potential sale of QoWatt’s charging infrastructure have not reached a more concrete stage.

💬 Where do the negotiations stand?

Discussions with several interested operators are progressing positively. However, no final agreement has been reached to date, and as is common during the summer period, overall activity has slowed somewhat.

In light of this context, QoWatt has chosen to keep staking and rewards active, pending clearer progress.
