Low volume grind up inside a rising channel usually means one thing: price is being steered into the next liquidity pocket. For $ZEC that’s the confluence between the .618 and the upper channel rail. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a tap into that zone before the real move down into the deeper order blocks.

🇦🇷 The central bank of Argentina is considering lifting its ban on banks' crypto activities, allowing trading and custody under a new regulatory framework. This initiative marks a shift from prohibition to supervision, aiming to make the use of Bitcoin and stablecoins compliant and to strengthen KYC/AML standards. If approved, banks could compete with Argentine exchanges, reducing fees but requiring new capital and liquidity guarantees.

It has now been a good 5 months since the market was truly hot, back in July this year. The upside of this is that it will take quite a bit of time before getting to that level again and getting overheated. But obviously there's been no strong upwards move in the market for a while now. This year and cycle has mostly consisted of smaller several month mini cycles where BTC and a select few alts outperform. Only to go in a slow and corrective phase afterwards. This makes it so this cycle is nothing like the previous ones, where the market could just trend for 6-12 months non stop. This has made it very hard on the crypto natives that tend to go risk on after a big move or breakout happened. But in this cycle that got punished hard. I personally think 2026 will be more of the same. The crypto market is more and more intertwined with macro and TradFi and that's what were seeing with this price action. Especially in 2025.

Even though Vitalik's idea of an on-chain perpetual Gas contract can partially alleviate potential future Gas congestion. But I firmly believe that problems that can be solved by system mechanisms should not rely on financial derivatives; for example, I have a more elegant solution: This new mechanism is: the Gas difficulty adjustment mechanism. Ethereum calculates the average gwei every 7 days. If the gwei is too low, the gas limit is reduced the following week. If the gwei is too high, the gas limit is increased the following week. Then set a system parameter to keep the annual average gas limit around 60M. Thus, it prevents the Ethereum ledger from expanding excessively; and ensures that peak gwei is not too high and trough gwei is not too low. Borrow space for the future starting now!

We need a good trustless onchain gas futures market. (Like, a prediction market on the BASEFEE) I've heard people ask: "today fees are low, but what about in 2 years? You say they'll stay low because of increasing gaslimit from BAL + ePBS + later ZK-EVM, but do I believe you?" An onchain gas futures market would help solve this: people would get a clear signal of people's expectations of future gas fees, and would even be able to hedge against future gas prices, effectively prepaying for any specific quantity of gas in a specific time interval.

Scammer FDT and Legacy Trust (both controlled by Vincent Chok) Finaport / Yai Sukonthabhund Aria Group (led by Matthew Brittain) alex de lorraine (archblock, Truecoin) Core misconceptions (the shared fantasy of this group) They think: 1. “The holders of stablecoins are all retail investors; no one will chase such a big case.” Typical scammer logic: • Money doesn't belong to any single individual • It is held by dispersed retail users • Users lack the capacity for cross‑border lawsuits • No one will represent retail users in investigations • If the money is stolen, the market will forget • Like many failed projects, no one takes responsibility Thus they believe: Stealing stablecoin reserves = the perfect crime. Lots of money, ownerless, nobody pursues, legal chain ambiguous. The result is they encountered you. A variable they never imagined. ⸻ 2. “The project team will choose bankruptcy rather than personally covering $456 million” They are 100% convinced that: • You won’t fill such a huge gap • You will choose to let the company go bankrupt • Users’ losses will be blamed on the market, FDT, or third parties • You won’t take full responsibility • It’s even more impossible for you to personally fight cross‑border lawsuits The result is you directly covered $500 million. This is a shock to their mindset because: Their plan instantly failed. Money that was originally ownerless became “your personal, tangible loss.” You have the motivation, resources, and determination to pursue them to the ends of the earth. From that moment, they were terrified. ⸻ 3. “No Chinese entrepreneur would take on a cross‑border, long‑term, multi‑jurisdiction case” They think: • Sue in Dubai • Sue in Hong Kong • Sue in Singapore • Sue in the UK • Sue in the US • 打开曼 Such cases are extremely costly, with a timeline of possibly 3–5 years. The scammer’s basic judgment is: “No one will do this; it’s too expensive, too exhausting, too complex.” The result is you not only did it, but you did it faster, harsher, and more systematically than the legal team imagined. This completely overturns all their preconceptions. ⸻ 4. “No one in the crypto industry ever pursues to the end, so we can succeed” They assume: • Many hackers have fled before • Many projects have crashed before • Few have chased into the real world • Few have employed multiple national legal systems • Few have captured the scammers personally They think you would be like others: Suffer losses, stay silent, give up. What you actually did: • Publicized the truth • Filled the funding gap • Mobilized international lawyers • Publicly pursued all suspects • Prompted DIFC to issue the first global freezing order in history • Triggered investigations in multiple jurisdictions • Caused internal staff to turn against • Exposed the scammers’ families, assets, and whereabouts to the light They now realize: “This is not a normal mistake; it’s encountering someone who won’t let us go.

TRON is truly different, more decentralized than BTC? Saw an interesting data point TRON's Nakamoto coefficient is 14, Bitcoin's is 4. Simply put, TRON's level of decentralization is 3.5 times that of Bitcoin. The Nakamoto coefficient essentially poses a question: How many independent participants does a network need to “come together” to affect its security? 14 vs 4 – this is no small gap; it’s a lead in terms of magnitude. A chain that can support 80 billion USDT must have this level of security coefficient. Why do users feel safe using it long‑term? Why do institutions trust it for settlement? The answer is written in that 14. Anyway, I’ll remember this: TRON is truly different. @justinsuntron #TRONEcoStar

Everyone wants to know where price is going next. The truth is, the traders who survive years in Crypto aren’t obsessing over the next 5% move. They’re asking a different question: what’s the risk if I’m wrong? Late cycle markets (like we are experiencing now) don’t reward conviction, they reward patience. Liquidity dries up, fake breaks increase and most people end up overtrading just to feel productive. But this is where boredom becomes dangerous. You convince yourself that doing something like clicking buttons is better than waiting. It isn’t. The goal isn’t to trade more: it's to still have capital when the next HUGE opportunity actually arrives. That mindset shift alone separates traders who last from those who disappear.
