Before you apply or proceed with the account cancellation request, BitMart US will conduct verifications to ensure the security of your account and assets. Please ensure that your account meets the following conditions:
- Close open orders or positions
- Withdraw all funds from the account.
Cancellation Procedure:
- Log in to your account using the BitMart US App and click on the account at the top to access the menu bar
- Click on the account information button
- Select the Account Cancellation button.
Important Note: Cancelling a BitMart US account is an irreversible action. It is your responsibility to independently back up information and data associated with the BitMart US account. Once the account is cancelled, it cannot be used again. We also recommend exporting your order history from the Transactions tab on BitMart US before closing your account.
