  • After the user initiates a transfer, it usually arrives within 2–3 minutes.

  • Usually yes, especially for first-time use, large amounts, or when a compliance review is triggered.
  1. Why is identity verification required?
  • It is mainly required for compliance, anti-money laundering, risk control, and confirming ownership of the payment account.
  1. Can I withdraw to someone else’s bank card or bank account?
  • Usually no. Most compliant service providers require the receiving account to match the KYC-verified user.
