Choose the category you wish to reset: Phone, Email, or Google Authenticator. Then, click “Next”.
Once you enter the verification codes, the “Next” button will light up, and you can click on it.
Click “Start Verification” to begin the verification process. Before proceeding, read the terms and conditions, then click “Agree and Continue.”
If you can proceed with the verification on your computer or laptop, click “Continue”. Otherwise, choose “Continue on Phone”.
To proceed via computer or laptop, click “Continue” to allow camera access.
If it fails, please continue the verification process using your phone by clicking “Continue on Phone”.
Scan the QR code with your phone camera, or copy the link to open it in your mobile browser.
From there, follow the instructions displayed on the page.
