Software Test Engineer

Participate in developing test plans for assigned modules/projects and break down testing tasks accordingly.
Independently design and execute test cases for complex business scenarios; proficient in functional and regression testing; capable of performing root cause analysis on defects.
Develop, debug, and maintain efficient automated testing scripts/test cases; proficient in using tools such as JMeter for performance testing and preliminary analysis.
Submit and track defects effectively, clearly describe issues, collaborate with developers on troubleshooting, and produce accurate test reports.

Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time) in Computer Science or a related field.
3–5 years of software testing experience.
Familiar with at least one of Go, Java, or Python; able to independently write stable automated testing scripts.
Strong understanding of test design methodologies and commonly used tools, with excellent defect localization skills.
Proficient in using JMeter, JIRA, Git, etc.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
