Responsibilities
- Source and expand premium trading strategies and lead traders by creating competitive partnership incentive programs, continuously enriching platform strategy offerings.
- Empower the sales team with practical tools: develop high-conversion sales scripts, negotiation strategies, and customer acquisition templates based on real-world experience.
- Manage high-net-worth clients deeply—identify unmet needs, collaborate with product teams to refine features, and boost retention for large-capital users.
Requirements
- 2+ years of market/sales experience in finance or crypto industries.
- Personal trading experience with strong understanding of exchange business logic; proven big-client sales or wealth management background preferred.
- Established network within trading communities, plus excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- High service orientation, able to handle complex user demands and emergencies under pressure.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English for cross-team and client communication.
