Core Trading - Testing Engineer

Participate in formulating test plans for assigned modules/projects and break down testing tasks accordingly.
Independently design and execute test cases for complex business scenarios; highly proficient in functional and regression testing, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis of defects.
Develop, debug, and maintain efficient automated testing scripts/test cases; proficient in using tools such as JMeter for performance testing and preliminary analysis.
Effectively submit and track defects, clearly document issues, collaborate with developers for troubleshooting, and produce accurate test reports.

Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time) in Computer Science or a related field.
3–5 years of software testing experience.
Proficient in either Java or Python, with the ability to independently write stable automated testing scripts.
Strong expertise in test design methodologies and common tools, with excellent defect localization capabilities.
Proficient in using JMeter, JIRA, Git, etc.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities; proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
