Trading Business - Web Developer

Responsible for the front-end design and development of the Agent module and derivatives (contract) business, independently delivering solutions for complex business scenarios from design to implementation.
Proactively integrate AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) into the development workflow to improve efficiency in coding, debugging, and code reviews.
Lead or deeply participate in the design and optimization of SSR architectures (Next.js / Nuxt) to ensure strong first-screen performance and overall system stability.
Design and optimize WebSocket and real-time communication mechanisms, ensuring reliability and consistency under high-frequency data updates.
Continuously perform performance optimization for high-concurrency access scenarios, covering rendering efficiency, memory management, and resource optimization.
Full-stack direction: Participate in backend API design and development, with the ability to independently deliver end-to-end front-end and back-end solutions.
Work closely with product, backend, and client teams, participating in architecture design and engineering standards development to ensure consistency across multi-platform business flows.

Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, with experience delivering complex web business projects end-to-end.
Skilled in React or Vue (at least one), with a strong understanding of their core principles and performance mechanisms.
Hands-on experience implementing SSR frameworks (Next.js / Nuxt) in real projects.
Practical experience with WebSocket, SSE, or other persistent real-time communication solutions.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with front-end performance optimization (rendering performance, memory management, resource loading).
Regular user of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with real examples demonstrating productivity improvements.

Preferred (Full-stack capability carries the highest weight)
⭐ Backend development experience (Node.js / Python / Go, etc.) with the ability to deliver complete front-end and back-end solutions independently.
⭐ Experience leading end-to-end feature delivery from a full-stack perspective.
Experience developing agent systems, financial platforms, or high-concurrency complex business applications.
Familiarity with browser internals (event loop, rendering pipeline, garbage collection), with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex performance issues.
Experience building front-end engineering systems (build optimization, modularization, CI/CD or release processes).
Ability to promote AI tool adoption within teams, establishing standards or best practices.
