Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services.

2. Participate in system architecture design and technical solution reviews to ensure high availability and scalability.

3. Continuously optimize system performance and refactor architecture to improve stability and efficiency.

4. Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and other teams to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3+ years of Golang backend development experience (5+ years total work experience preferred).

• Strong command of Go core features, with a clear understanding of processes, threads, and goroutines.

• Proficient with Golang ORM frameworks (e.g., GORM, XORM).

• Skilled in using performance profiling tools (e.g., pprof) for system optimization.

• Hands-on experience with mainstream middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, with understanding of their principles and optimization strategies.

Soft Skills

• Strong learning ability and passion for technology, able to quickly pick up new tools and concepts.

• Professional work attitude, responsible and committed, with resilience under pressure.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in exchanges, fintech, or trading system development.

• Familiarity with the Java tech stack is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Familiar with microservices architecture and distributed system design.

• Experience building high-concurrency, low-latency systems.

• Familiar with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in blockchain or Web3-related projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: RMB 25K–50K per month (depending on experience and capability).
