I. Growth Projects
Act as the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for growth initiatives, owning end results against growth targets.
Break down growth objectives and design end-to-end growth solutions across the full funnel:
Acquisition → Conversion → Activation → Trading → RetentionDrive multiple growth experiments in parallel, ensuring speed, quality, and measurable outcomes.
II. Growth Strategy & Experiment Design
Propose systematic growth hypotheses based on current business conditions and design experiments (A/B tests, MVP validation).
Lead the full lifecycle of growth experiments, including design, launch, review, and scaling.
Continuously optimize the user conversion funnel and identify key growth levers.
III. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with product teams to drive growth-related features (onboarding tasks, campaign tools, incentive mechanisms, asset operation capabilities).
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to execute channel-driven growth, content-led growth, and asset-driven growth initiatives.
Partner with data teams to build growth metrics frameworks and data dashboards.
IV. Data Analysis & Decision-Making
Define and track core growth metrics.
Evaluate project effectiveness based on data and make decisions to continue, adjust, or stop initiatives.
Derive repeatable growth methodologies through data-driven postmortems.
V. Methodology & System Building
Codify successful practices into SOPs and growth playbooks.
Promote a “data-driven + rapid experimentation” growth culture across teams.
Support the setup of growth project management and review mechanisms.
