Responsibilities
Own data analysis and metrics framework for user growth, tracking core indicators such as registration, activation, retention, and conversion.
Design and evaluate A/B experiments to quantify the impact of strategies, pages, or channels on conversion rates.
Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels, identify drop-off points, and propose optimization strategies.
Evaluate ROI across acquisition channels (Affiliates, KOLs, paid advertising, etc.) to support growth strategy decisions.
Produce data insights and analytical reports to support product and marketing decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python (pandas / numpy).
Solid understanding of the AARRR growth model and A/B testing methodologies, with a foundation in statistical analysis.
Prior experience in growth analytics for internet products or trading platforms is a plus.
Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and business insight, with the ability to independently identify problems and propose improvement directions.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or Looker.
Familiarity with user lifecycle analysis, attribution models, and channel ROI evaluation.
Hands-on experience leading or participating in real growth experiments with measurable outcomes.
