Responsibilities
Develop and execute a personal business development plan for the wealth management business, with clear individual targets and accountability.
Identify and create partnership opportunities through strong offline outreach, in-person meetings, and direct client engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions to close business partnerships.
Develop sales and promotion plans and participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Regularly report on business development progress and sales performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields is a plus.
Personal social media or self-media accounts are a plus; willingness to go the extra mile is highly valued.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles; experience in Web3, blockchain, or financial industries is a strong plus.
Existing key account / high-net-worth client resources are a plus.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Persistent and proactive, willing to continuously experiment and push hard to achieve targets.
