Wealth Management Business Development / Key Accounts BD

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a personal business development plan for the wealth management business, with clear individual targets and accountability.

  • Identify and create partnership opportunities through strong offline outreach, in-person meetings, and direct client engagement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions to close business partnerships.

  • Develop sales and promotion plans and participate in marketing and promotional activities.

  • Regularly report on business development progress and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields is a plus.

  • Personal social media or self-media accounts are a plus; willingness to go the extra mile is highly valued.

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles; experience in Web3, blockchain, or financial industries is a strong plus.

  • Existing key account / high-net-worth client resources are a plus.

  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Persistent and proactive, willing to continuously experiment and push hard to achieve targets.
