Role Mission

We are building a next-generation prediction market product. Our goal goes beyond simple “event betting” — we aim to create a core mechanism for information aggregation, risk pricing, and market consensus formation, deeply integrated with decentralized wallets, trading tools, and asset ecosystems.

We are looking for a leader whose core strengths lie in product and growth, capable of designing a prediction market from 0 to 1, and solving critical early-stage challenges such as cold start, liquidity, retention, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prediction Market Product Strategy & Mechanism Design

• Own the overall product positioning, mechanism design, and long-term roadmap of the prediction market, including:

  • Market structure (AMM / Order Book / hybrid models)

  • Event type design (macro, financial, crypto, social, policy, etc.)

  • Settlement, dispute resolution, and incentive mechanisms

• Balance market efficiency, user experience, regulatory boundaries, and long-term scalability.

2. Product Execution & User Experience

• Lead the end-to-end core product design of the prediction market:

  • Full user journey covering event creation, participation, trading, and settlement

  • Information display, probability representation, and presentation of returns and risks

• Translate complex mechanisms and rules into intuitive, understandable, and accessible user experiences.

3. Growth Strategy & Cold Start

• Take ownership of user growth and liquidity growth outcomes for the prediction market:

  • Cold start strategies (seed markets, key events, core users)

  • Growth model design (incentives, virality, content-driven growth, KOLs, communities)

• Continuously optimize key metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.

4. Liquidity & Market Health

• Collaborate closely with liquidity, trading, or market-making teams to:

  • Design and optimize liquidity incentive mechanisms

  • Monitor and improve market depth, fill rates, and price efficiency

• Ensure the long-term health of the prediction market, rather than short-term, speculation-driven activity.

5. Cross-Team & Ecosystem Collaboration

• Work closely with wallet, trading, asset, engineering, and compliance teams.

• Drive positive flywheel effects between the prediction market and the company’s broader product ecosystem.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or growth roles, with at least 3+ years as a core product or business owner.

• Proven experience building products from 0 to 1 or successfully launching and scaling new businesses.

• Strong product and growth background, with accountability for business outcomes.

Core Competency Profile

• Strong product judgment: deep understanding of complex, mechanism- and rule-driven products.

• Growth mindset: ability to design and validate growth models, not just ship features.

• Sensitivity to market mechanisms: solid understanding of the relationship between probability, pricing, incentives, and user behavior.

• Data-driven: able to rapidly validate hypotheses through data and iterate continuously.

English Proficiency (Required)

• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to:

  • Conduct professional-level business communication and meetings in English

  • Read and understand English technical documentation, research materials, and industry content

  • Write product proposals, PRDs, and external-facing materials in English

• Experience with international products or overseas markets is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in:

  • Prediction markets, betting, financial derivatives, or trading products

  • Web3 / DeFi / decentralized application products

  • Community-driven or content-driven growth

• Familiarity with crypto and global macro events is a plus.

• Reports directly to core company leadership or the head of new business.

• Full ownership of product and growth decision-making for the prediction market business.
