Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead requirements research, planning, and end-to-end delivery for trading platform products and financial derivatives.

2. Track industry trends and competitive products to identify core user and business needs.

3. Collect feedback from users and internal stakeholders, and continuously iterate and enhance products in line with the company’s business roadmap.

4. Work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure clear product understanding and smooth product launches.

5. Monitor and analyze product data and metrics, continuously optimize the product, and address user pain points.

Requirements:

1. Strong familiarity with the cryptocurrency trading domain; must have experience with exchange derivatives (futures/contract) products.

2. 5+ years of product management or related experience, with a background in financial products.

3. High sensitivity to derivatives product user experience, with the ability to design from a user-centric perspective.

4. Solid understanding of requirements analysis methodologies and processes; capable of building product prototypes and writing PRDs.

5. Clear product vision with the ability to take full ownership of a product end-to-end, combined with strong attention to detail.

6. Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to perform well under pressure.
