1. Growth Strategy Development

• Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies covering the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and frequency.
• Establish and track growth metrics such as registration conversion rate, deposit rate, trading frequency, retention rate, and ARPU.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities (e.g., fiat on-ramp, referral programs, task incentives, Web3 wallet traffic acquisition, etc.).

2. Product Design & Optimization

• Design and iterate growth-related product features, including event systems, referral rebates, points programs, growth missions, and airdrop modules.
• Lead user journey mapping and A/B testing to optimize key funnels such as registration, KYC, deposit, and first trade.
• Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end teams to ensure on-time delivery and evaluate feature performance post-launch.

3. Data & Experimentation

• Build and manage a structured experimentation system (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis).
• Formulate hypotheses from data insights, validate them rapidly, and drive measurable business improvements.
• Deliver regular growth insight reports to support strategic decision-making.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Management

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, risk, compliance, data, design, and engineering.
• Manage partnerships with external traffic channels, payment service providers, or growth tool vendors.
   

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in growth product roles (preferably in fintech, exchanges, or consumer internet).
• Proficient in the AARRR model (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue, Referral).
• Skilled in data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, GA4, Mixpanel, SQL).
• Strong ability to create and execute PRDs and growth experiment plans.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is required
