Responsibilities
- Create motion design assets for brand, marketing, and product use — including key visual (KV) animations, social media motion videos, ads, event materials, and in-product motion effects.
- Execute storyboards and motion compositions based on creative briefs and visual guidelines, handling pacing, transitions, subtitles, and graphic animations.
- Handle day-to-day graphic design tasks and produce visual assets for campaigns or internal use when needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and engineering teams to ensure execution quality and performance across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain a motion asset library (templates, transitions, particles, lighting effects, etc.) to improve team efficiency and consistency.
- Contribute to motion style exploration and proposals, continuously refining the brand’s motion language and expressiveness.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in motion or visual design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in After Effects and familiar with the full motion design workflow.
- Skilled in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop for everyday graphic design work.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender (3D motion, materials, lighting, basic modeling).
- Familiarity with Lottie/AE-to-JSON workflows or collaboration with developers for in-product motion implementation.
- Strong foundation in composition, color, and rhythm — able to bring static visuals to life through motion.
- Able to manage end-to-end motion and visual design projects independently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate creative ideas into effective visual outcomes.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required
