Responsibilities
- Lead UI and visual design for core products, balancing aesthetic quality with great user experience.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life.
- Own the full product design process, from concept to delivery, including interface, motion, and component design.
- Build and refine the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across platforms.
- Improve UX and visual quality using user feedback, data insights, and design trends.
- Create supporting visuals for marketing and product communications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/product design experience with strong end-to-end design portfolio.
- Experience or interest in Web3, crypto, or fintech products preferred.
- Strong visual design fundamentals (color, layout, typography, style versatility).
- Proficient in Figma and familiar with Sketch, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.
- Strong communication, cross-team collaboration, and project ownership skills.
- User-centered mindset with ability to iterate based on data and insights.
- Portfolio required showcasing visual and interaction design excellence.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required
