Key Responsibilities:
Fiat Business Product Planning
- Responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and lifecycle management of fiat-related product lines, including fiat deposits/withdrawals, card issuance, and fiat trading pairs on the exchange.
- Streamline the fiat payment experience for users to improve conversion rates and fund flow efficiency.
Cross-Border Payments & Compliance Integration
- Coordinate integration requirements with third-party payment service providers (e.g., banks, payment gateways, wallet services) to enable fiat payment channels.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to implement KYC/AML mechanisms and design compliance-ready products.
Product Design & Requirements Management
- Write product PRD documents and user flow diagrams, clearly defining system and interaction requirements.
- Organize review meetings and follow up on development and testing progress to ensure high-quality product launches.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Track core product metrics (e.g., conversion rate, successful settlement rate, complaint rate) to drive continuous iteration.
- Analyze user behavior to propose product improvements and innovative strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Tech, Risk Control, Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to deliver complete product solutions.
- Develop localized fiat strategies tailored to different countries or regions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Internet/FinTech product management, with at least 3+ years in payment or fiat-related products; experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency is a plus. Familiar with compliance payment systems, including KYC, AML, and risk control process design.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields; international perspective and strong English skills are preferred.
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation; able to plan long-term product roadmaps and drive structured iterations.
- Strong stress tolerance and ability to handle multi-threaded tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to work flexibly with various stakeholders and collaborate efficiently across teams.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is required
