Job Responsibilities:
AI Product Planning and Design
- Define AI product features and experiences based on user pain points
- Translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly, confident-to-use products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to push product implementation forward, balancing experience and technical feasibility
User Insights and Iteration
- Analyze user behavior data to identify product optimization directions
- Run product validation cycles: hypothesis - testing - iteration
- Keep an eye on competitors (Binance, OKX, Bybit, etc.) to maintain market sensitivity
Cross-team Collaboration
- Communicate efficiently in English with overseas teams and partners
- Coordinate product/technical/operational resources to drive project implementation

Find feasible solutions amid uncertainties
Job Requirements:
- Around 3 years of product experience, with a preference for experience in ToC or trading/fintech products
- Fluent in English and Chinese, capable of independently handling documentation, meetings, and collaboration
- Genuine interest in AI products and willingness to understand what technology can do
- Clear logical thinking, able to break down complex issues into actionable plans
Bonus Points:
- Experience with cryptocurrency or derivatives products
- Knowledge of AI/LLM product design concepts
- Experience with trading tools (copy trading, quantitative bots, etc.)
- Startup from zero to one product experience
