Position Overview:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of fiat and cryptocurrency payments, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant fund flows in line with regulatory requirements. This role oversees fund safeguarding and segregation, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting, while continuously optimizing payment processes and internal controls to ensure operational stability and compliance integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily fiat and crypto payments, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Monitor custody accounts to keep client funds and company funds properly separated and compliant.
- Keep daily funding and liquidity reports accurate and up to date.
- Work with banks, payment providers, and internal teams to solve payment issues quickly.
- Support month-end close, audits, and fund reconciliation tasks.

Help improve payment processes and automation, and keep SOPs and compliance procedures in good shape.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in payments, treasury, or financial operations, plus some experience in channel development. FinTech or financial institution experience is a plus.
- Good understanding of how payment systems work, and familiar with things like reconciliation, asset segregation, and AML requirements.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Careful, responsible, and self-motivated, able to spot and solve problems on your own.

A background in finance, accounting, or business management, or similar practical experience, is preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with multi-currency or cryptocurrency payment operations.
- Familiarity with financial or payment regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) or payment automation tools.
