Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow BitMart US’s official social media accounts — X (Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute social media and email marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan and manage content calendars across social and email channels, including daily posts, newsletters, campaigns, AMAs, giveaways, and video content.
- Write, design, and schedule email campaigns including product updates, announcements, and user education.
- Localize global content for U.S. audiences, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging align with brand standards.
- Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to promote new listings, campaigns, and educational initiatives.
- Monitor engagement metrics and community sentiment, and deliver regular performance reports with insights.
- Stay ahead of crypto and social trends to maintain a fresh, authentic brand voice.
- Support influencer/KOL collaborations, paid ads, and community activations aligned with the U.S. go-to-market plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media and email marketing, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry.
- Proven success in managing and growing audiences across multiple platforms (please include portfolio or examples).
- Strong understanding of crypto culture, including exchanges, DeFi, NFTs, and community behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of design, timing, and trend awareness.
- Bonus: Basic design or video-editing skills (Photoshop, Canva or AI tools like Sora / Midjourney).
