Custody Developer (Java)

Responsible for the development, debugging, and maintenance of distributed system products.
Design, develop, and iterate backend service architecture to ensure overall platform reliability.
Design high-performance and scalable trading systems, improving throughput and response time to ensure platform stability under high-concurrency environments.
Participate in the development of blockchain-related custody projects, taking ownership of core modules such as order management, accounting systems, and account management, including ongoing optimization.
Lead system monitoring and performance optimization, including server-side tuning (GC optimization, database connection pool optimization, API response time improvement), and collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to quickly respond to and resolve business and technical issues.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field (required).
At least 5 years of Java backend development experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud microservices; experience in large-scale Internet microservice design or financial clearing/settlement systems (required).
Strong Java fundamentals; familiar with MySQL and its performance tuning; familiar with mainstream middleware such as MQ, Elasticsearch, Redis; proficient in multithreading, high-concurrency processing, and asynchronous task scheduling.
Experience participating in or leading microservice architecture governance design, with solid distributed system development experience.
Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes; hands-on experience with containerization and microservice environment management.
Custodial wallet experience is required; familiarity with blockchain technologies including but not limited to BTC, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Cosmos; understanding of address generation, signing, transaction construction, and blockchain fundamentals.
Strong abstract design and logical thinking abilities; good at problem analysis and resolution; strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with frontend developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
Passionate about technology, self-driven, and able to proactively solve complex technical challenges.

Experience in blockchain underlying development, DeFi applications, NFT projects; familiar with common challenges and requirements of CEX/DEX platforms.
Experience with microservice architecture design; familiar with high-concurrency and distributed system design; experience with distributed transactions, service discovery/registry centers, API gateways, gRPC, Netty, and microservice communication optimization; experience improving database and service communication performance.
