Key Responsibilities
Lead the technology selection, architecture design, and development of core modules for the U.S. platform’s core business systems, ensuring high performance, high availability, and scalability.
Establish and maintain team coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure robustness, readability, and maintainability of the codebase while providing technical guidance to team members.
Continuously monitor and analyze system performance bottlenecks, propose and implement optimization solutions to ensure the best user experience for U.S. customers.
Deeply understand U.S. market business requirements and collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and cross-functional teams to lead and participate in feature development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and introduce innovative technical solutions to address business challenges.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.
5+ years of Java development experience; experience in large-scale distributed systems is required, and experience in financial or trading system development is a plus.
Solid Java fundamentals; familiarity with MySQL usage and optimization; hands-on experience with mainstream middleware such as Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB.
Proficient with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud microservice frameworks.
Bonus: Experience in Web3 or crypto exchanges; degree from a top-tier STEM university.Experience developing products for the U.S. market or U.S. users.
Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, with practical hands-on experience.
Experience handling cross-border data and understanding U.S. data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA).
