Role Overview
The Operations Director for the Growth Platform will lead the design and execution of the exchange’s growth platform strategy. You’ll use data insights, growth tooling, and strong product-led thinking to accelerate user growth, improve retention, and increase revenue. Success in this role requires strong product instincts, hands-on growth experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-level growth strategies across acquisition, retention, conversion, and incentive programs.
- Build and enhance growth platform capabilities, including experimentation tools, incentive systems, and data-driven growth frameworks.
- Analyze user behavior and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and run data-backed experiments.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Compliance, and other teams to deliver growth initiatives effectively.
- Improve growth operations and workflows to increase platform efficiency and enhance user experience.
- Lead and develop a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation.
- Ensure all growth initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies to protect platform and user assets.
Requirements
- Experience in growth product management, platform operations, or product management with a strong understanding of modern growth methodologies.
- Solid understanding of growth mechanics and user lifecycle strategies within crypto exchanges, Web3 products, or internet platforms.
- Strong product sense with excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex, measurable growth outcomes.
- Prior leadership experience in growth, product, or operations roles within a crypto exchange or fintech organization is a strong plus.
