The Role
 
We are seeking a proactive VIP Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of VIP clients, expand our high-end user base, and foster strategic partnerships to accelerate platform growth. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract new VIP clients.

  • Drive market expansion for financial and trading products within the EU and APAC regions.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing VIP clients through personalized communication, tailored services, and engaging online and offline events.

  • Understand and address the complex trading needs of individual, high-net-worth, and corporate clients.

  • Monitor and analyze user trading volume, revenue metrics, and behavior to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare detailed, data-driven reports and deliver clear, insightful presentations using quantitative and visual tools.

     

Qualifications & Skills
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships; experience in cryptocurrency or fintech preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and VIP client ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with social platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Established network within VIP client circles, key accounts, or industry leaders is a strong advantage.
