Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing VIP clients through personalized communication, tailored services, and engaging online and offline events.
Understand and address the complex trading needs of individual, high-net-worth, and corporate clients.
Monitor and analyze user trading volume, revenue metrics, and behavior to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare detailed, data-driven reports and deliver clear, insightful presentations using quantitative and visual tools.
2 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships; experience in cryptocurrency or fintech preferred.
Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and VIP client ecosystem.
Familiarity with social platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Established network within VIP client circles, key accounts, or industry leaders is a strong advantage.
