Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for frontend development of the company’s core business across multiple platforms, including PC Web, mobile H5, and React Native.
Lead or participate in the design and development of cross-platform projects, building high-quality, reusable, and maintainable frontend components and foundational libraries.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deeply understand business requirements, provide professional frontend technical solutions, and ensure efficient product delivery with excellent user experience.
Continuously focus on frontend performance optimization, stability, and security; iterate and improve existing applications to enhance overall quality.
Actively explore and research cutting-edge frontend technologies, conduct technical evaluation and feasibility studies based on business scenarios, and drive technical progress within the team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3–5 years of frontend development experience.
Proficient in core web frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a solid programming foundation.
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with at least one mainstream frontend framework (React or Vue); candidates with experience in both are preferred.
Experience in React Native cross-platform development, able to independently develop and maintain RN applications or pages.
Familiar with frontend engineering systems; proficient in build tools such as Webpack and Vite, and understand their underlying principles.
Familiar with state management solutions like Redux / MobX / Vuex, with practical experience in large-scale, complex applications.
Familiar with mainstream AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), and capable of applying them effectively in daily development to improve efficiency and quality.
Strong problem-solving skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit, and good communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in web or cross-platform application development in finance, securities, banking, or related industries.
Experience with other cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or Electron.
Hands-on experience in areas like performance optimization, frontend security, or data visualization.
Personal technical blog, contributions to open-source projects, or influence in technical communities.
