Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Development
Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for platform functionality and user experience optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and customer support) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of product features.

User Experience Optimization
Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement product solutions that drive user growth and conversion.

API & Institutional Business
Gather and prioritize product requirements for API integrations and institutional trading features.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of API products.

Compliance Site Requirements Planning
Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure the U.S. site products meet regulatory standards and internal business requirements.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the cryptocurrency industry.
Leverage insights to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or the cryptocurrency industry.
Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, trading platforms, and user experience design.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept through execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to cryptocurrency and financial services is a plus.

Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
