Job Responsibilities
I. Daily Operations of Growth Tools

Responsible for planning the daily use and formulating operational rules for various in-platform growth tools (e.g., task system, benefits center, etc.).

Design tool usage strategies tailored to different user lifecycle stages to support new user conversion, reactivation of existing users, and win-back of churned users.

Collaborate with the product team to enhance the functionality and user experience of the tools, improving usage efficiency and user satisfaction.
II. Data Analysis and Tool Performance Evaluation

Build a performance indicator system to evaluate tool usage; regularly analyze key metrics such as claim rate, usage rate, conversion rate, and ROI.

Identify usage bottlenecks based on user behavior data and conversion paths, and develop targeted optimization plans.

Produce reports on tool effectiveness to support daily operational strategies and guide product iteration.
III. Integration of Tools with Operational Scenarios

Work closely with user operations, contract operations, and other cross-functional teams to deeply integrate tools into daily operational activities.

Participate in the design of event mechanics, provide suggestions for tool resource allocation, and assist with implementation (e.g., user journey guidance, resource placement, copywriting support).

Develop standardized usage protocols and a playbook to improve tool efficiency and campaign output quality.
IV. User Feedback Collection and Product Optimization

Collect and organize user feedback, pain points, and suggestions related to tool usage.

Identify key issues and propose improvement suggestions; collaborate with product and data teams to drive feature enhancements and version updates.

Build and maintain user support materials such as FAQs and help documents related to tool usage.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Product Management, Data Analysis, Fintech, or related fields preferred.

3+ years of experience in internet product operations or growth operations; experience in fintech, trading platforms, or crypto platforms is a plus

Familiar with mechanisms and key metrics of common growth tools; experience in data analysis, campaign operations, or user growth is a plus.

Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills; able to efficiently coordinate with product, design, and data teams to ensure project execution.

Independent experience managing specific growth tool projects (e.g., bonus programs, referral systems, coupons, etc.).

Familiarity with crypto products (spot, futures, margin trading, etc.) and related user behavior patterns.
