ZKsync (ZK)

Imagine this: back in June 2024, 695k wallets were eligible for the ZK airdrop. Today the number of unique stakers… ~1,000 😅 Looks like that ~1:695 ratio is pretty telling — basically the split between real community members willing to hold tokens (any tokens) and pure profit extractors.

The zk layer handles some of the trickiest parts of DeFi. I've been consuming X content in a much more thoughtful way lately been reading a lot of articles and this is a good one if you're interested in zk tech and how it's being used in DeFi you all know zksync and succinct but there's a lot of interesting zk projects out there like @KeyringNetwork which uses zk tech to let users pass KYC without doxxing themselves pretty cool stuff

when you think how crypto compliance platforms work, you follow the rules, lose your privacy. but zero knowledge (zk) changes that. you can prove things are true without revealing personal data. that’s why @KeyringNetwork stood out to me. they just let users prove KYC without doxxing, and this allows people to access compliant DeFi with nothing sensitive on-chain. And this isn’t niche tech anymore. Projects like @zksync show zk is already running at scale. the more I look into it, the more it feels like zk is how DeFi grows without becoming a surveillance system.
