.@stable released tokenomics and announced the mainnet launch for December 8. Obviously, the $STABLE TGE will happen around the same time. 10% of total supply is allocated to the Genesis event (100% unlocked), with total IMC around ~18%. The docs clearly say that not all of this 10% goes to the airdrop - part will be used for CEX campaigns (hello Binance Alpha) and for liquidity. Let’s assume 7% of $STABLE goes to the airdrop. With an expected pre-market FDV of $2.5B, that implies ~$175M in pure airdrop value. We already know that $2.6B participated in the 2-phase pre-deposit campaign (half of it probably team money, lol) across ~26,000 users. With linear distribution, that’s ~$67 in airdrop per $1,000 deposited, which implies a pretty solid ~80% APR. Also, if the team decides to give even a flat $1,000 base allocation per user, that would cost only ~$26M, or ~15% of the total airdrop pool. IMO totally realistic.

The larger challenge comes from the competitive landscape: Polygon, Tron, and Solana have already built network effects in payment scenarios; emerging chains such as Circle’s Arc and Tempo backed by Stripe precisely target the "stablecoin settlement layer". Stable can only secure a foothold if it rapidly drives institutional integration and developer ecosystem growth during 2025 Q4 to 2026 Q2. In the current fierce competition for stablecoin infrastructure, whether it can turn the tide will not depend on the narrative, but on execution — whether it can transform USDT’s network effect into its own within six months.
