    The bill splits tokens by decentralization: Sufficiently decentralized = CFTC commodity, tied to a central issuer = SEC security. Sounds clean on paper. But "sufficiently decentralized" is a judgment call, not a formula. That's the part I don't think gets enough scrutiny. #Cro #CronosApp #Cronos

    Here's my actual opinion: The US is years behind on this, and it shows. Europe already answered this with MiCA in 2024. Whatever you think of MiCA's compliance burden, at least issuers and exchanges knew the rules before listing, not after an SEC lawsuit 🫡 #Cro #CronosApp #Web3

    What I like about the Clarity framework: it stops punishing holders for an exchange's legal risk. Tokens getting delisted overnight because a regulator changed its mind hurts regular users, not institutions.
