THY = Turkish Airlines. 6225 is the specific route/mission ID. Aircraft: A332 - the type of plane. A332 = Airbus A330-200. Altitude: 41,000 ft (FL410) - how high the plane is flying. FL410 = flight level 410 = 41,000 feet. (planes use “flight levels” instead of raw altitude above 18,000 ft) Speed: 490 kts - how fast it’s going. 490 knots ≈ 905 km/h ≈ 562 mph. Heading: 116° - the direction the plane is pointing. 0° = north, 90° = east, 180° = south, 270° = west. so 116° = slightly southeast. basically: flight number, plane type, height, speed, direction… the essentials of what it’s doing in the sky.
