Kaspa is not “thermodynamics” because the chart goes up or because value magically obeys physics. That kind of claim is too loose. The real connection is deeper: Kaspa is a non-equilibrium proof-of-work system that turns distributed energy dissipation into ordered time. Every miner is taking electricity, pushing it through silicon, searching hash space, and exporting the cost as heat. That part is not metaphor. Computation has a physical substrate, and proof-of-work weaponizes that fact into security. To rewrite the ledger, you do not simply need a better argument or a better narrative, you need to reproduce or overpower the physical work already buried into history. Where Kaspa becomes novel is in how it treats the output of that work. A linear blockchain suppresses concurrency by design.
