Everyone remembers $CHZ for the explosive run that made it one of the biggest winners of the last cycle. What most people forget is what happened afterward. For years, the chart has been trapped inside a relentless downtrend making lower highs while interest slowly disappeared. That’s exactly why the current setup stands out. Right now, $CHZ is sitting in a region where previous selling pressure has almost completely exhausted itself. At the same time, price is approaching a long-term descending trendline that has defined the entire bear market. Every rally has failed below that line. But eventually, every trendline breaks. If buyers manage to reclaim it, the market structure changes completely. The previous all-time high would no longer be the main objective. Instead, the market enters a phase where a new all-time high becomes a realistic long-term target. From current levels, that would represent a move of more than 3,400%. Will $CHZ get there in a straight line? Of course not. There will be pullbacks, consolidations, and plenty of volatility along the way. But from a higher-timeframe perspective, $CHZ is trading in one of the most asymmetric areas it has seen since the last bull market. Sometimes the biggest moves begin when almost nobody is paying attention anymore.

Eventually, though, every trend reaches a point where there’s simply nobody left to sell. That’s where things start getting interesting. $CHZ is now trading around the exact area where that multi-year decline appears to be exhausting itself. If buyers manage to reclaim control, this won’t just be another bounce. It would mark the beginning of an entirely new phase for the chart. And that’s an important distinction. Markets rarely go from “dead” to making new highs overnight. They first transition from distribution… …to accumulation… …and only then into expansion. That’s the phase I’m watching. Does this mean a 3,000%+ rally is guaranteed? Of course not. Crypto doesn’t hand out guarantees. But some of the biggest winners of every cycle start from charts that look exactly like this: Forgotten. Ignored. Left for dead. By the time everyone starts talking about them again, the easy part of the move is usually already over.

If $CHZ manages to break this multi‑year structure, the next phase could look completely different from the last few years. That’s exactly why it’s on my watchlist.
