It's been a blast going through A TON of ideas for the @Chainlink Hackathon. I'm zeroing in on a couple of things but don't have "the one" yet. Confidential compute comes out in a few days for CRE, and I'm inclined to spin it it up. Either way I'm going to start building out some fun stuff this year I think.

Chainlink's Privacy solution will enable privacy across all chains, API queries,compliance checks, policy enforcement, identity and credential checks, and much more. Basically, *ALL* end to end workflows from offchain to onchain. To do this, you need a protocol that sits on top of and across all chains, which is also connected to legacy financial networks and web2 APIs. Chainlink is the only protocol that does this. If Chainlink enables ubiquitous privacy by default, then people won't be forced to own arbitrary assets simply because they have the property of privacy. Instead, you can make the assets you *already own* on their own merits simply be privacy-enhanced. While A16z thinks that a "handful of privacy chains can own most of crypto", they aren't considering an orchestration layer protocol that powers end to end privacy across *all chains.* Now, simply having privacy is no longer a competitive moat since its so readily available, but imagine what a competitive moat it is for the protocol that's res

With these numbers alone: SWIFT: ~$5T daily DTCC (FICC + NSCC): ~$17T daily Broadridge: ~$10T daily Euroclear: hard to peg, but for conservative math, let’s slot ~$5T daily (likely higher) Thats 37 trillion in daily value... lets take super linear staking into consideration... that would mean 3 trillion would have to be staked in nodes for security. If 50% is staked(eth is 40-59%) That makes it 6k a token. .. Thats without reserves.... No fees for messaging TX on CCIP. No Data feeds No Data streams NO por No Ace NO CCID NO atomic settlement fees No Cre No Keepers. No vrf NO HKMA.......and so much more. That is soley staked nodes...nothing else. Get it?
