But at the same time, I’m noticing something interesting: conviction is growing within the community… and even more importantly among OGs and miners @echo_cortex is ambitious, passionate, and most importantly far from being new to Bittensor. Honestly, the level of support I’m seeing on Discord is quite impressive. I would also add one more experienced name to those already mentioned: Sam Dare >> @DistStateAndMe Everyone now knows his work with @covenant_ai . This clearly shows that Echo is well surrounded. Now the real question is simple: ➡️ how will liquidity improve from here? ⚠️ Until then, stay cautious: slippage can be brutal.     An open-source competitor to @cursor_ai , @github Copilot, and @claudeai Code launches February 20. It's being built on @platform_tao (SN100), a Bittensor subnet by @CortexLM Foundation. The product is called Cortex. Codebase went open-source February 2. Public beta drops in 6 days. How SN100 powers it: → Miners compete to build the best coding agents. → Winners earn $TAO every ~72 minutes. → Best agents get integrated directly into Cortex. Term Challenge is live. Upgraded to v2.0. Autonomous agent validation went live February 11 via Chutes AI. 3 more challenges launching Q1 2026: Bug Bounty (already live) Data Fabrication Federated Training. Revenue model: 100% of Cortex profits go to marketing and $TAO buybacks. Ops costs covered separately by subnet owner revenues.     Being very honest: For $TAO to truly shift structural regime, a strong 4H rally is awesome, but isn’t enough. What matters is a weekly close above the EMA20. That’s the level funds, quant desks, and macro players use to recalibrate risk and move out of defensive mode. Until that weekly level is reclaimed, we’re still operating inside the previous structure.
