$ZEC Watch this T/R combo trying to print as this double-shaded squeeze gathers up more pressure. We back-tested the neckline of this double bottom, but the question remains: do we see the rest of this extension play out first or do we see momentum fall off and pull price back down towards the track line or the neck line again? With that said, if we get an invalidation of this local top and/or this reversal on LTFs, we could see a further push up with a release of this pressure. Currently sitting under the $449 resistance. Just watch for direction in the next few hours. 👍 In addition, notice where we stand on the Daily. We've now tested the 50DMA again and the MACD looks ready to flip (possibly). #ZEC price has pushed above the compression wedge and is riding inside the rising channel, but let’s be clear: The macro trend is still the dominant falling parallel channel. Until price breaks the upper rail of that channel, retests it, and confirms support, this move is just a counter-trend rally inside a bigger downtrend. Rising price plus declining volume is another red flag for sustainability. I’ll turn macro-bullish only when that dominant trend rail is broken and held on good volume, not just the retest of the upper wedge rail. That's how I'M looking at it. #ZEC rice did break above the compression wedge, but it’s now running straight into the macro uptrend rail that’s been in place since late November. This is the real barrier. A breakout isn’t validated until we see: - A clean close above that macro rail - A successful retest of the wedge rail - Rising volume (which is currently falling) Right now price is simply paused between structures, It's above the wedge, beneath the macro trendline. If this rail rejects, the wedge breakout was just an overextension on low liquidity, and price rotates back down. If it breaks, we target the upper channel ($475–$487). This is the decision point and not a breakout.

ZEC above 320, indeed didn’t hold it. The comment area is very hostile to buying on the left side. A coin that ranks 8th in market cap in the crypto space fell from 774 to 300, a drop of over 60%; even the main players won’t keep dumping, and those watching to buy will choose sufficiently low prices to purchase. Of course, thinking about it now, if there weren’t a group of idiots acting as the opposing side, this wouldn't rebound and be pumped.

I want to be crystal clear about why I’ve been cautious here with #ZEC: Price is pushing up inside a massive downtrend, inside a rising corrective channel, and now into the top rail of that channel with declining volume. That’s one of the most dangerous structures in TA. Rising price with falling volume equals exhaustion, not strength. Compression (yellow triangle) inside a rising channel is corrective, not a trend reversal. That's how any analyst reads it. The macro downtrend above is the real ceiling and it just wicked off that trend rail. This is why my base case was a drop back to the bottom of the compression wedge before any real breakout. The structure still supports that risk. Nothing about this move is confirmed until we see daily acceptance above the macro downtrend rail with strong volume. Until then, the upside is fragile.
