    Reading Blocks on VeChainThor A new block is produced every ~10 seconds on VeChain. Each block contains: number, id, parentID, timestamp, isFinalized, transactions. There are two query types: Compressed block → metadata and transaction ID only const compressed = await thor.blocks.getBlockCompressed(blockNumber); Expanded block → full transactions, receipts, events, fees const expanded = await thor.blocks.getBlockExpanded(blockNumber); Use compressed for overview.
