$ASTER This is where I am scaling more shorts. Why? Because once the chart lost the accumulation range, the burden shifted completely onto bulls to reclaim it fast and prove the breakdown was false. They didn’t. Instead, every push back into that lost zone has shown the same thing: 1. No acceptance 2. Weak follow-through 3. Immediate rejection Those are not signs of recovery by bulls. That is a failed reclaim into prior value, which usually means the market is still treating that whole area as overhead supply. So for us, this is not a place to get optimistic. It is a place to lean back with the trend unless the prior range is reclaimed. Lose accumulation. Fail the reclaim. Get rejected from below. That sequence usually ends with the chart going to sweep lower liquidity, and for now the obvious draw is still sitting around $0.60-0.62.

According to the Aster DEX announcement, the project has cancelled the original ecosystem token release mechanism that linearly unlocked about 78.4 million per month (about 1% of the max supply), and now only distributes via staking rewards. Under the new mechanism, the current weekly release is about 450,000 ASTER (approximately 1.8–2.25 million per month), significantly reducing the new circulating supply compared to before.
