[Thoughts after being a Starknet ambassador three times...txt]
I happened to get the opportunity and started @Starknet's Korean ambassador activities, participating from March until now.
I've been an ambassador for various Web3 projects, but Starknet left especially good memories.
―――
1. Clean curriculum and workflow
@WenrySeoul is in charge of the overall Korean Starknet ambassador activity curriculum.
In particular, they teach in detail "what activities to do, how to do them, and what merits an ambassador role has", etc.
Even after becoming an ambassador, there is no worry of "what should I do?" because the curriculum is set, allowing activity according to the guidelines, which is great.
Thanks to that, I was able to properly understand unfamiliar parts of Starknet such as STRK20, STRKBTC, study them, reprocess what I learned into my own posts, and convey them well to community users!

2. Ambassador activity that strives for continuous improvement
"At first, I tell myself to go all out no matter how passionate I am!" But over time, energy naturally wanes.
The more you do it, the more it can feel like a weekly homework and become tedious, especially when it's not a one‑off ambassador role but three rounds (3 months) of activity.
However, Starknet adjusts the ambassador's method and format slightly each time, coordinating them.
I think it works very well bi‑directionally, providing motivation to users and giving ambassadors feedback on inconveniences or things they'd like to fix.
Because of that, I was able to stay un‑fatigued and maintain a mindset of doing my best for the three months!

3. Things that could be improved (feedback, etc.)
Overall I am really satisfied and couldn't find anything I was unhappy about.
The only point is that the reward part distributes ambassador activity funds through a competition ranking to encourage more passionate activity.
I always have the mindset "whatever I do, I aim to be number one" and work hard for the top spot.
Thanks to that, I was grateful to receive the top reward for both my first and second ambassador activities.
I agree with the process of distributing rewards between active users and relatively less active users.
However, the gap between first and second place is quite large... I think adjusting the gaps between upper and lower ranks a bit would be fine!
It's a pity, but the amount is enough for us to congratulate each other (?) haha.
+ Also, if there were evaluation criteria for Starknet community activity (Telegram groups, AMAs, X activity, etc.), it might be even better for assessment 🤔

4. My thoughts and conclusion
I think the reason I could become a Starknet ambassador for the first time is that I have a small connection with Xangle, and they regarded me positively.
I believe I did my best within what I could—activities, promotion—to avoid disappointing them!
Finishing the ambassador role doesn't mean all activity stops; I still have the heart to support Starknet (may Starknet thrive more).
And of course, if there is another ambassador round, I would apply again and aim aggressively for number one.
You'll continue running the Starknet ambassador program for a year, right? (Please?)
I look forward to your continued support!
Thank you for the month!
