Now that @paritytech is shifting from protocol building to product building, the release culture should shift too.

We should not have to wait for Web3 Summit, sub0, or one big yearly moment to see what is new.

If a product is ready in March, ship it in March.

If another is ready in June, ship it in June.

Create momentum around real releases, real users, feedback, iteration, and adoption.

The old model of saving everything for a big reveal does not work the same anymore.

Especially with AI speeding up development, the gap between idea, build, test, and release should only get shorter.

@Polkadot does not need more suspense.

It needs a steady drumbeat of products people can actually use.
