Neutron Organization has officially launched the $NTRN Redemption program.

Holders of liquid $NTRN can now permanently burn their tokens in exchange for a pro-rata share of the 1,387,453.67 $USDC redemption pool. The estimated clearing price will decrease as more NTRN is deposited, with an absolute floor of approximately $0.002 in the scenario where the entire circulating supply is submitted.

Key timelines:
- Deposit window: April 1 – April 30, 2026
- Claims open: May 1, 2026
- Claiming portal closes: June 30, 2026

Participation is entirely voluntary, deposits are irreversible, and there is no advantage to submitting early. The Neutron Foundation’s held NTRN (estimated at ~32.4M) will not participate and will be burned separately.

The circulating supply figure has been updated to accurately exclude DAO-owned dNTRN following the Mercury upgrade.
