    Interesting email in Epstein files from whistleblower Chris Dilorio to unknown redacted recipient/s referring to SEC v Ripple case. Insightful critique or a rant? This guy had a beef about alleged SEC corruption, market manipulation and naked short selling in relation to penny stocks. He viewed the Ripple case as an example of SEC corruption. In his view either both Bitcoin and $XRP were securities or they both weren’t securities. He railed against the SEC’s inconsistency and the market confusion it caused. The Court ultimately found XRP itself was not a security. I do not know why these emails are in the released Epstein files.
