Kaia is doing a ship loan or some kind of RWA through platforms like InvestaX/Galactica, trying to raise money with coins by offering roughly a 10% APY. 10% lol... Seems like they thought just throwing out 10% would be enough, and people rushed in... But they don't want to give more. They are even willing to lend at about 10% to old ship owners (shipping companies) with over 25 years of age to buy new ships. Somehow... it's not that RWA itself or the business has a problem, but the operation shows too much of Kakao's characteristic 'elitist mindset' and 'preying on retail investors'. They have received investments from various places, and I'd like to buy and take a look, but I'm too lazy. For reference, SFL Corporation had a stock dividend of 12.97% in mid-2025. Do they want to collect money while offering even less interest than a stock dividend? Kaia may not be doing it directly, but anyway... RWA itself is actually a scam and illusion. If there are proper companies/items/organizations that can borrow money, you can get it from regular finance anyway. I think places that sell dreams (i.e., illusion) and can't get money end up looking at the crypto space, which is not different. However, we don't need to completely ignore or dismiss them. Isn't selling dreams just the crypto market!? Our job is to sift out the proper projects among them, earn the yield, and exit. Even if 99.9% of the coins disappear, the world won't change in the slightest. Our balance doesn't change. Anyway, just avoid what Kaia is involved in.
