Following the termination of BitMart’s services in the Netherlands at 24:00 on August 23, 2024 (Amsterdam time), we have been working to ensure a smooth liquidation of remaining assets for distribution purpose while complying with proper procedures under the Dutch law. With such process coming to an end, we now announce that a Designated User Claim Processing Platform is made available starting from November 27, 2024. This platform is for designated former Dutch users to access information about their contractual claims, and to arrange fund withdrawals if any.

This platform serves as the exclusive verification channel for all contractual claims of BitMart’s former Dutch users.  Please note that as of 24:00 on August 23, 2029 (Amsterdam time), if you have not made a contractual claim on this platform, BitMart will no longer assist in any way.
