This is the later. Proved everyone wrong. I was also once very bullish on it. The ticker has massive normie appeal also, but absolutely nothing helped it. Maybe this is the microcosm of all VC coins. Earlier there was a fight over $XPL and $Stable about which is the leading chain for stablecoins, the Tether baby. Now it's fine, no more fighting; everyone is pretty much on equal footing. At least $XPL managed to get listed on @binancezh spot and snagged a swing. The rat-farm & makeshift crew @stable hasn't even made it onto spot, and its contracts have been falling all the way.
